Problem during Vault 2014 SP1 installation

Hello everybody,

recently, I had to upgrade Vault 2011 Basic to Vault 2014 Basic. I first installed Vault Basic 2013 as an intemediate step. Everything went OK, until I tried to install the SP1 for Vault Basic Server 2014. When I run the Pre-SP1, I think that it doesn't complete the installation, because I don't get any message saying "The installation is complete" or something like that. Then, as I try to install the proper SP1, I get the message I attach.

Hi,

The Pre SP1 installs fails with Win 2008/12  OSes. We are aware of this issue and working on a fix. Please keep a watch on the Service Pack page for the fix.
