We're having problems with the Vault plot command.
If there is a DWF created for a file everything works fine. If for what ever reason the DWF isn't created the plot command will try to use the DWG. When that happens Vault\Plot prints a blank page. We didn't have this problem with Vault 2011. The same file will print fine from Inventor, Autocad or DWG Trueview.
