Performance Counters Check error

Error by intall vault 2015:

Performance counters on the server computer may not function correctly because of corrupted registry keys. This may cause the SQL server installation to fail when it tries to register Performance Monitor counters. If this check fails, contact your system administrator.

I have the solution from microsoft used. but unfortunately this does not work. Does anyone else have a solution that I'm going to get it working?

I use windows 7 64 bit met een microsoft SQL server 2008 R2 SP2 express edition.

The message is a short, but my english is very bad...
