Outlook Folder Mapping

Hi, 

  I'm new to Vault. I just play with Folder Mapping in Vault Outlook AddIn. it works prefectly. 

  Here is the my question,

  because some machine in our team is shared with different people. 

  do I have to set it up for each user, each machine, or each user / machine? 

  Can I do it programmically?

Yes, mapping needs to be setup on each user's machine.
