Hi
I'm testing the outlook add-in for Vault Collaboration.
I have installed the add-in.
I have logged in to vault from Outlook and checked in a couple of mail.
When I open the Vault client the mails are in vault. So fare so god.
But when I'm trying to map the mail properties I get in to problems. I creates a new property in vault as an administrator, choose mapping, browses to one of the mails and select it. The message that then appear on my screen says: "The selected file did not contain any mappable properties"
What have I don wrong?
Both machines are Dell Latitude D630 wit windows 7 x64. (Both test server and test client)
By the way, I have installed "Microsoft Windows Desktop Search" (on both machines just to be sure)
I have also found the MSG extension and set the index to Index Properties Only.
Has this issue been fixed for 64bit environment?
I'm trying to get his implemented in our office.
What are you trying to accomplish with mapped properties to an email message? I've never plasyed with this so I'm genuinely curious.

Hi
I would like map the email's property in Vault so that I can see the subject, sender, date etc. as a property in vault. I would also like to add other properties to the email that I can fill in manually. This so I can easily find the email or perform a search for a email.
Asle,
Did you get a resolution to this?
I just experienced the same problem as I also wanted to take a look at this ability.
