Hi all,

Hello. I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Can you give us an idea of approximately how many files you're attempting to download? This will help give us a good idea of what you're working with.
Thanks,
Adam
Hi,
the problems start at about 1000 files. On the other hand I can download the complete vault without any problems.
By the way: I have the german version and with "checkout" I mean "Abrufen / Auschecken".
Interesting. Just to clarify, you are seeing this on more than one machine?
If you were seeing it on one machine, I would guess that the problem is that the dialog has populated on a second screen. I see that issue come up often. The dialog is off the screen when only one screen is viewable.
Do you think that's an option here? Are you using multiple monitors?
Adam
The problem is 100% reproducible and happens on all machines (also machines with 4 screens).
I can even see the checkout-dialog and the software is not freezed, but the ok-button is disabled so I cannot continue.
I just tested this on a folder with over 1,600 files and it worked ok. What are your computer/network specs? Perhaps the problem is hardware related?

it's definitely not hardware-related!
I'm actually sitting on a i7 860 with 8GB RAM, 1Gbit LAN.
The Vault-server is installed on a i7 950 with 24GB RAM, 10Gbit LAN.
