Is it just me or is the new support area layout terrible for finding the latest SP or hotfix??!

Totally aggre with you.

Some needed change in my opinion:

- Set the sort order by default on the date, it will be better to find all hotfix and the order to install it.

- When you are under the detail page of an hotfix, display the date of release.

- Enable to select two kind of type (SP + Hotfix by example).

Thanks in advance.

Yes I also was a bit puzzled with "February 2014" as a date of
publishing the SR1SP1.

I found Vault 2014 Service Pack 2 from a link in an other thread.

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Vault-General/Report-Template-Hell/td-p/4827165

If I search the autodesk Knowledge Network for "Autodesk Vault 2014 Service Pack 2" I can find it.

If I go to the Vault product page and select downloads, I can not.

What is the correct way to discover all available service packs/hotfixes for any Autodesk product?

Please review the attached screenshot.

Yes it's horrible. On the old page I can get all I need in single one page, all I need to do is roll my mouse wheel, now I need to search, click Next, and so on.

I even cannot find Inventor 2011 Service pack 2 on the inventor download page, it's lost. The old way is much more better.

I agree with all other comments, new interface is difficult to navigate through and locate info.

Some service packs dont even show up. I also noticed that a google search that always used to take you to the relevant Autodesk service packs, do not anymore

Sigh. Very hard to find things. I know a good web dev if autodesk needs one.

The Narrow results panel doesn't always display in my IE8 browser making things even more difficult to navigate. I usually have to sort by date and then page through all the results until I find what I am looking for.

Very frustrating.
