Move To Folder error - "The given key was not present in the dictionary."

Vault Help gives these instructions for moving a folder

"Move folders in the vault

1. Select a folder in the vault

2. From the Edit menu, select Move to Folder.

3. In the Select Vault Location dialog box, browse for the new location in the vault and then click OK."

When I follow this procedure while trying to move one folder into another, I get the following error message "The given key was not present in the dictionary."

The folders are arranged in the following way: Folders B and C are in Folder A

I am trying to put Folder B into Folder C.

Does anyone have a fix for this error?

Thanks,

Teddy

Can you provide some more details like what release/version of Vault you're using?

Thank you,
