I see how to move file ok but I wish to rearrange some folder locations how
to go about doing this is not really eveident nor is it metioned in the
Vault help files?

You can move files, not folders. Create the folder in the desired
location, move the files from the existing location then delete the
existing folder.
Is moving Folders in Vault something that's on a wish list some where. Right now I want to move a folder that has over 1000 files in it and I have to move them one at a time.
Click on the folder that contains the files you want to move.
Hold the CTRL key and the letter "A" key. This will select all files in that folder. You can deselect specific files by holding only the CTRL key and clicking on the specifc file with your left mouse button. Once all the files you want are highlighted, click any one of them with your left mousebutton, hold the button and drag it to the new folder location.
