Mass property - dirty files

Hi

I have an cutom property for mass called Mass_Item.

I can check this file out and it is not dirty even after update properties from Vault.

But then I put the formla =<Mass> in the value for my custom property Mass_Item and save the file. The cutom property calculates the value and is updated in my Custom property. So far so good. Mapping is set to both ways and create = Yes

But when checking in and out again, the file always gets dirty first time after I have added the formula... I have this value also in my Content Center templates which means that I have to check in and out every file two times... This seems very uncessecary...

Is this how it should work?
