lost where versions-uses-where used

I lost the lower half of the right hand side of Vault Explorer. I've beed dragging and resetting to default and hoping, but it isn't coming back. What are my options. Thanks, rosco

Hi,

You may try the following suggestion.

1. Close VE application.
2. Remove or Rename "VaultCommon" and "Vault Explorer" folders from the following location

%appdata%\Autodesk\

3. Launch VE.
