Hi
I just install a Vault on my co-worker's machine and ask her to test from home. She got this error message:
"Vault Professional 2014 could not find the Data Management Services on ... "
I think VPN could be the reason. I'm not good at Network, anybody know how to troubleshooting it, I really appreciate it.

See if she can ping the vault through VPN.
Have her open a command prompt (start button + type "cmd" press enter)
In the window type "ping <vault server name>"
