License rollover?

I have received a question from a prospective client that I hope can be easily answered.  If I have 10 Vault Pro licenses and 5 Vault Office licenses, and six people try to connect to the vault through the Vault Office client, does the sixth user take a full Pro license, or are they told that no licenses are available?

i would say you would be told no more licenses available

i would have to confirm this

vault licenses do not cascade with each other
