Landing page

I made a new landing page with messages for users when they are logging in.  The landing page doesn't show at every log in. 

1 - How do I get the landing page to show at EVERY LOGIN?

2 - How do you get back to the landing page after viewing files and items?

The landing page will only appear if the user exits the Vault client with the "All Folders" pain selected.  To get back to the landing page you must select All Folders, then select the Vault at the top of the tree to see the landing page.
