knowledge vault master not found

In the last days Vault server go offline with the message "knowledge vault master not found" and after restart the server this issue is resolve. We are facing this issue 2-3 times in last few days.

Thanks for any hint cause this problem.

have you checked on your sql server health?

e.g. disks or transaction logs?

Hello Johannes,
yes I have checked the log files from Vault and could'nt find any hint.
The SQL log's I didn't check already. I will do this and post the result.
