I have more than 40 jobs showing pending since 2 weeks on the Job Server. I have it enabled. Why are they still pending? I have noticed that the priority is 10, does this have an effect. If so, where can I change it?
you need to have the Job Processor set up on a workstation with Inventor installed on it. I have it running on several machines around my office, but thats not recommended by Autodesk. The ideal scenario, if you can afford it, and obviously Autodesks preferred option, is to have a dedicated workstation with a dedicated license of Inventor. Thats mad and Autodesk should do something about it, maybe by making it use inventor apprentice (installed with the free inventor viewer) to run the inventor related tasks, like creating DWF's..

If you want to force the job processor to pick up a job from the job server's queue then, in the job processor go File> pause and then restart.
