Job Server creates USER dwf insted SYSTEM

For some time we have strange situation:

Some (not all) DWF.create jobs results USER "Visualization Attachement" (dwf) while SYSTEM one is the only expected.

You  might ask me why I'm sure those file went through Job server .... well the original Inventor document is created by user and DWF is created by Administrator (the account is used for JobProcessors).

What might be wrong?

Software used: VaultPro2013 SP1 update 1.

Hello Maxim,

You are referring to the System Property "Created by" when you are talking about USER and SYSTEM Visualization Attachments, aren’t you? Then in your Vault it should “Created by” = “Administrator” for the SYSTEM Visualization Attachments and for USER Visualization Attachments it will be e.g. “Created by” = “Mr. Brown”. Do I understand correctly?

Well, if the user “Mr. Brown” hits the button “Update” on the Preview tab and chose the option “Update locally” or uses the “Action” menu, “Update View -> Update Locally”, than this specific visualization DWF will be created by him and will have his name as the value of the Property “Created by”.

Is it possible that one of your users, e.g. “Mr. Brown” has updated locally several visualization files?

It is possible. But I'm pretty sure it is not the key of the issue.

AFAIK visualization that is updated locally is always System (provided
Job Server is ON).

Thus the only known way to make USER visualization - activate "Create
during check-in" option in CAD check-in options. But then "Mr.Brown"
would be written as "Created by" value. Right?

But here is the opposite situation - User visualization created by
Administrator.

It was noted that it mostly happen with files from particular users (and
not with all files of those users even so they claim to perform same
check-in procedure for all file).
