My Client has a major job processor issue within professional 2012,
there seems to be a large backlog of uncleared tasks (1000+) in the queue. I cannot resubmit or remove the tasks ,however any new tasks submitted are processed.
Is there a method of managing the queue with more control other than the limited Job Queue and Processor controls?
Cheers
Carl

Job Processor doesn't have support property sync on DXF files. So those jobs just sit on the queue indefinately. This is a known issue. However, you should be able to remove these jobs from the queue by selecting them and hitting the remove button.
I wrote a utility called Q-Tools which can automatically remove these jobs for you among other things.
You know I really should have known that about DXF's, stands to reason as they dont really have much internal metadata.
Thankyou for your help and the Q-tools is being trialed as we speak.
