Job Processor 2015 Issue

We have job processor running.

Issue is if a file is checked in using the job processor to create the dwf, we need to select pause then resume within the job processor for it to process.

Is this a known issue or is something set up incorrectly?

Hello,

Can you try modifying the following parameter in "InstallDir For vault Pro"\Explorer\JobProcessor.exe.config file. ?

 <add key="PeriodInMinutes" value="10"/>

Default is 10, you can alter this period. And the Job Processor is started accordingly.
