Is it possible to integrate customizable 3d models into the website

Hi all,

We want to upgrade our current 3d part management system (currently managed by PartSolutions) to something more flexible and integrated into our website:

User interface would be integrated into the website.

The idea is for a visitor to select the Product type -> Product series -> Size (or other type of group) -> customise the product by other custom values (lets say cylinders to have a field to input any stroke manually) which then to be fed back into Vault. Output can be sent via email or just a downloadable file.

I think all of the customisation would have to be done via iLogic and parameters.

Can someone please confirm this is possible and how difficult this is? Would be great to see if anyone has already done it and have some comments and suggestions?
