ipj file not showing up in Vault after re-install

I have had to re-install Autodesk Vault and Inventor 2013 on my machine and the ipj file doesn't show up in the Vault anymore.  I do have the ipj file on my hard drive and when I double click on the ipj file it loads Inventor.  In Inventor I have the ability to check files in and out.  When I do a search through the Vault application it says there are no files to view in any of my folders.  Has anyone seen this or know what the cause of this is???

1. Ensure you are logged in to the same server in Inventor and Vault Explorer

2. Use the Map folder command to check how the mapping is done in Vault and then check that particular folder.
