ipart xls xlsm xlsx excel Vault 2012

I'm trying to migrate an ipart - currently linked to a xls file.

I have migrated the xls by using save as but have two choices - with or without the macro- enabled file type.

In vault i can replace a xls ipart table with a xlsx one. (without macro)

I can't replace xls with xlsm - the xlsm format isn't seen. (with macro)

Are xlsm (excel macro - linked worksheets) supported in Vault 2012 inventor 2012?

Hello

I understand your frustration ; have a look to the idea I recently posted.

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Autodesk-Vault-IdeaStation/XLSM-file-preview/idi-p/4334598

if we are enought, perhaps Autodesk will consider to implement support of XLSM file

regards,

Aurélien
