Inventor iLogic assembly Vs Vault

Hi to all, why it is not possible to place a iLogic Assembly or part, directly from the Vault with ''Place iLogic Component'' in Inventor?  It's see only my Workspace on my ''C:\MyWS\...''.  Is that normal?  Is there any instructions to use these ilogic with the Vault?

Hi Alain

When you use the "Place iLogic component" command it actually creates a unique copy of the part or assembly into the current assembly you are working with. 

When you place from Vault you are not creating that "unique copy". there is no "official" method of working with ilogic components from vault. 

if you wish for it work in the same way as the place ilogic component command then you would need to get a local copy to your workspace then use the place ilogic command and browse to your workspace, this is if you want to create a unique copy of the ilogic part, if you don't mind reusing the part( which would have issues if that part is used in numerous assemblies and you change the ilogic configuration" you just place from vault.
