Incomplete, bad search results / "Rebuild All Search Indexes" raised an error

Environment:

Client are using Windows 7 Enterprise x64 with Vault Professional 2013 (Update 1)

Server is using Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard x64 with ADMS 2013 (Update 1)

First of all, let me tell that the following issue holds on for about ten days up to now and it's really urgent to get this solved:

When some of our users searching for specific files, they get an empty search back and also a message saying "The standard search results are incomplete because the property indexes are being created. Complete search results will be available once the properties are fully indexed."

So then I switched to the ADMS Console - Tools - Rebuild All Search Indexes. As I can see in the server tasks window of the ADMS console, 'search indexing' runs for about 5 minutes and then just stops.

Looking in the Server Logs, I found this entry saying:

28.06.2013 11:42:54 *******************************************************************
