IIS 7.0 - ASP.NET Configuration Issue

After upgrading Microsoft Vista Business x64 to Service Pack 1, my ADMS 2009 no longer works. Attempting to login to ADMS gives me the error that the localhost can't be found. While troubleshooting, I found that IIS 7.0 needed to be configured. I found instructions in the ADMS Advanced Configuration Guide to do just that. When I attempt to make the IIS 7.0 settings called out in the Advanced Configuration Guide, all settings take except for the .NET accessibility and ASP.NET settings.

Does anyone have any experience solving this issue. What other info can I give that might prove helpful.

I have not seen this issue personally but I would suggest the following:

Uninstall IIS7
Reboot
Now reinstall IIS7 using the following settings:

Web Management Tools
IIS 6 Management Compatibility
IIS 6 WMI Compatibility - Checked
IIS Metabase and IIS 6 Configuration Compatibility - checked

IIS Management Console - checked

World Wide Web Services
Application Development Features
.NET Extensibility - checked
ASP.NET - checked
ISAPI Extensions - checked
ISAPI Filters - checked

Common HTTP Features
Default Document - checked
Directory Browsing - checked
HTTP Errors - checked
Static Content - checked

Health And Diagnostics
HTTP Logging - checked
Request Monitor - checked

Performance Features
Static Content Compression - checked

Security
Request Filtering - checked

Any other settings in the IIS7 Installation should be unchecked.
