IE9 and Vault Pro 2011, not getting along when printing change order summaries.

Hello, attempting to print a change order summary (Tools/Print Change Order Summary). We can get to the print preview, but when we attempt to print we get an error saying...."There was an internal error, and Internet Explorer is unable to print this document."

Any idea on how to work thru this? I believe it's occuring on all machines with IE9.

Thank you,

Steve,

Do you get to the point where you are able to select the printer? Have you tried different printers?

Also is IE9 in compatability mode?  Keep in mind, we did not test against IE9 as that release came out after.

Yes, we can select different printers, even tried printing to a .pdf, still get same error.

I have turned on the compatiblity mode in IE9. Tools/Compatibility View Settings/and checked the "Display

Compatibility mode for all websites". Unless there's another setting.

It did not fix the error.

We intend upgrading to 2012 within the next month, so this is not a show stopper.

Steve,

I've tested this in 2012 with IE9 and get the same results.

Unfortunateley, IE9 was released after our 2012 release and is also not supported for 2012.

I'll log a defect so they can make sure it is fixed in a future release.
