Huge report

Hi all,

Is somebody find a way to create a report on a huge quantity of files? A customer want to list all released file in a Vault in order to perform some integrity check. This kind of report must be done every week or month.

We try to use serach and report but it failed every time because there is too much result (sometings like 80'000 results)

Any idea? Thanks in advance

I'd have to warn that it isn't technically supported, but for a report that could be up to 80k lines, you might look at building a query to the vault database and a report based on that query. I would advise that a real DBA needs to write it to make sure that it won't overburden SQL or lock tables while it works (this can cause errors).

In my experience, Vault doesn't handle interacting with truly large numbers of anything particularly well.
