Right now everyday I run a search in Project Explorer to search for all files which are attached to items and don't have a valid dwf. I then hi-lite the files in the search go to Actions/Update View / Que Update to have a good dwf produced.
I then have to make sure Job Processor is running.
Can I have Job Processor do this check every 30 minutes and automate this entire process? Can someone point me in the right direction?
Here's my search criteria...
Linked to Item is true
Visualization Attachment is None
File Name dos not contain *.tif
File Name dos not contain *.xls
File Name dos not contain *.xlsx
File Name dos not contain *.doc
File Name dos not contain *.docx
File Name dos not contain *.jpg
File Name dos not contain *.bmp
File Name dos not contain *.pdf

This cannot be done out of the box. Programming would need to be done to search and then submit those files to a DWF publish job.
