Generate a .pdf when file's state is "Released"

Hi,

I would to know if I can to generate automatically 2 files (.pdf & .dxf) when the drawing (.idw) is “Check in” in Vault AND the file's state is “RELEASED”.

Thanks,

Welcome to the group amartin.

I do not believe Vault can be made to create anything other than a .dwf automatically based on lifecycle.  A pdf can be generated from either the source file in Inventor or from the dwf visualization in Vault.  A dxf will have to be generated from Inventor.

Hi there,

Please note that there are a number of Vault PDF creation tools on the Vault appstore here.  One of these may help you out.
