Filter "My Worklist" or Change Order List

I need to be able to list a Responsible Engineer's ECOs that are in the Work state.  

"My Worklist", although filtered by user, includes all their ECOs no matter what the routing roles (i.e. they may have created the ECO but are not the RE).  

The Change Order List can be filtered by "state" but not the routing role or comments created by field.

Any suggestions on how to get this list?  Anyone using Vault 2012 know if this can be done in this version?

We're actually looking for the exact same thing... the ability to better filter the change order list. We would like to be able to filter based on state AND who is currently assigned to that state. For example I'd like to see all of the change orders in the Work state that I am a Responsible Engineer.

To me it doesn't look like its possible
