Files not Visible HELP!!

No longer able to access files from vault..... Installed the 2014 software on workstation, then went to install on server, realized we need a server upgrade. Went to go use 2013 software again on workstation and can see folders but no files. Vault is there but not there.....

I deleted all autodesk software to try and start over still no luck

anohter user has no problems on his workstation.......

How do I get my 2013 to work again untill new server arrives and we can try to install 2014 again

Software is product design suite ultimate

log into vault with another user on my workstation, same problem, so something was changed on my workstation......

When I click on open from vault within Cad or Inv it crashes the program.....

Install Vault 2013 SP1 from http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=21017345&linkID=9261341. We have fixed the .Net issue with this.
