My name is Leandro Barragán Castellanos, I´am support technical of Reseller in Bogota Colombia, the problem is about the File Store of Autodesk Vault.

With who to contact to solve a problem to me directly in Filet of vault, is a problem that brings Vault and that we have found it with a client in an implementation, I want to know the name, I telephone and Filet to communicate the problem directly and to be able to solve it.

What exactly is the issue with the filestore, and can you state the sequence of actions that led to the problem.
