Error Code 1920 - service specific error code 17058 - Vault Pro 2015

 

Previous versions of vault have been on this windows 7 m/c.

Any pointers to get past this error?

no change after disconnectiong the network lead during the install - log below.

Hi Andrew, 

 

It seems like a permission issue while trying to start the SQL service. Can you go into the Windows Event Viewer and check if there are any Application errors returning there? 

 

You can also try to start the SQL service manually using Windows Services. If the same error still returns, use the Local System Account to log on instead of Network Service and attempt to restart the SQL service again.

I ended up deleting all sql references & reinstalling.
