Hi Gaurav,

I am not seeing the issue you reported. In my machine, the .dwfx is downloaded and opened as it is. I guess you might need to specify which application to open "XPS document" type file in your machine.

Thanks,

Hello zhangjiao0628

Thanks to look into this  issue.

I am trying to apply the solution.

Just for information, the related extension files are pointed to open with autodesk application , not with XPS viewer.

If we go to Sharepoint options,in send to > download a copy then it will open with autodesk application.

Our user require to open the same file with autodesk viewer when they click on the links, which is prompting as .zip file.

if we are redirect the file to open with xps viewer then what will happen when user will click on a single file, will it open with XPS viewer or with autodesk viewer. Thanks**

Hello zhangjiao0628

I have changed the default program to open the autodesk file to XPS view.

IN IE 8, the problem is as it is.

If i use the crome browser in the same windows and for the same user then it works fine both with the autodesk and XPS view.

In IE7 it is working fine with XPS view.

But we have IE in all Citrix Provisioned desktop and going to upgrade for IE10.

I have tested it in the IE10 as well , same issues.

Applications uninsatlled , installed still issue.

Tested without applications , still issue.

Please suggest further.

Thanks**
