dwf inside Vault working folder

I have a machine where dwf's are being checked out to the working folder when the parts are check out - I don't want this to happen as it is adding load to the network. It doesn't appear to happen on other machines - what could be causing this?

Mark,

 

Couple of questions:

 

What is the user's workflow to make this happen?

 

Are they viewing hidden files (DWF) inside of vault?

 

What version of the product is this?
