Does Vault 2009 requirements

I have Vault 2008 installed and running on Windows server 2000. the server is not a Domain controller or does it have Active directory installed. I am planning on upgrading to 2009 but i need Windows Server 2003. however do i require Active directory on this new server and does it need to be a domain controller?

Hi Seandelaney,

The Active Directory isn't a required component for our product. If you need
use the "Windows Authentication", it doesn't matter where the Domain
Controller is. You just need to specify the server while you import the user
to the ADMS server.
