difficulty seeing dimensions on a webclient drawing

I am having an issue with one of the computers out in our shop. Through webclient he is trying to view an ACAD drawing. The dimensions all show up as 0. I have cross checked this with other computers in the shop and the office and they can read the dimensions properly. Any idea's as to a solution to allow this computer to properly view the ACAD drawing through webclient?

As this is a machine specific issue I would suggest you have a look at the browser settings once from the link below:

Else, re-install the browser in use or switch to say a Firefox or Google Chrome browser to see if it helps.
