I have been looking for some way to modify the routing default for the ECO requestor to include more than just the requestor role upon saving the ECO. I guess I'm trying to idiot proof our routings as we have users who regularly save the ECO without assigning any more roles to their routing and are unable to modify the ECO once they save it.
Modifying the default on save role to include roles other than requestor would be a big time saver. Any programers out there know of a way to do this?
