Database Deadlock [231] Vault 2013

Hello,

We recently upgraded to Collaboration 2013 and everything was running fine for about a month and now we are getting many DatabaseDeadlock [231] errors which are causing poor performance on the server.  I thought it may be because the job server is publishing dwf's of all the checked in files however the time stamp doesn't match and it is not for every file or even file type.

Has anyone seen this many errors per day, appx. 50+, and know a possible root cause?

I attached the server logs if they could be any help.
