Copy Design Warning message

Doing a copy design on a small assembly.  I get this message window when the copy design starts renaming/creating the files.  It came up on several files and I eventually hit the "Dont show again" box.

As far as I can tell, there is no problems with the new file.

What is this message telling me?

Hey Kirk,
I am going to state a theory and not sure if you already know this or not? This message means the file does not exists in the workspace. The copy design verifies the links between the parent aasy and child subs/part files when doing the operation. It is possible the file name exists in the workspace but not actually be the correct reference to the assembly, example use windows explorer to rename a file instead of design assistant. It is hard to say but that is basically what the message is telling you.
