Copy Design is not supported on non-CAD files

Inventor Profession 2011 (Online) installed on a Windows 2008 Server x64. Will not let me make copies of designs. Throw an error "Copy Design is not supported on non-CAD files." I have and I agree Vault Professional 2001 "Administrator" with all permissions.

In other computers that use this license (when I do not use) You can make a copy without problems.

I am a computer administrator. I repaired the installation of Inventor 2011 and Vault Professional 2011 and can not get anything.

I can fully open the files in Inventor 2011 and Vault transactions against (check-in, check-out, etc.).

I have applied the Inventor 2011 Service Pack (SP1 and SP2) and Vault 2011 (SP1, SP2 and several Hotfix) Server and Client.

As first operation I would suggest to try to reinstall both, Vault client and Inventor.
It seems like Vault "don't see" Inventor.

Are you on Inventro Spanish with Vault Pro in English ? In this case try to remove Vault Pro and Install basic Vault Spanish from Inventor media. If it works, Install then Vault Pro english WITHOUT REMOVING the installed Vault Base.
