We have a similar problem with idw's becoming corrupted. we get an invalid segment error loop and have to terminate inventor in windows to get out of it. I would really like to hear if others have had this problem and what we can do to get around it.

Can you try to use the Inventor Design Assistant on the same ipn to see what
happens?

This has been "tested" by 2 different users. When using Copy design to copy
a drawing with associated ipn the ipn is corrupted every time.

Using Inventor v10sp3a / Productstream 4.5
We don't have any problems using DA. Can you try creating a sample assy with
explode view in a multi-sheet drawing, then in PS 4.5 RMB on the drawing &
Copy Design. Is your ipn ok after that?
