Copy Design and Move File in Vault showing error

Hello,

I wanted to copy design and move file in Vault, but it is showing error "The given key was not present in the dictionary" (see attached image)

Please help me out why this error is coming, is there any solution?

System Information:

Model : HP 2600 Workstation;
Processoer: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU
RAM : 24.0 GB;
System Type: 64 bit Operating System;
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Quadro FX 1800;
Vault: Autodesk Vault Professional 2011.

Hi,

Are you using and out of the ordinary characters in your new file name?

No, I am not using special characters for file naming. We have unique file naming like S123456.

What happens if you try copying the design from within the vault

and then checking it out?
