Closing Vault Explorer doesn't release license

When closing the only instance of Vault Explorer (Pro) 2013 SP1 (no other CADintegrated clients are running) in accordance with http://crackingthevault.typepad.com/crackingthevault/2012/05/vault-licence-release-behaviour.html I expect the "Releasing license" sting be added to vlog.

In fact only 35 minutes later the vlog gets "Releasing INACTIVE license" string added.

What might be wrong? How do I force license release?

Do you get the same behavior if you log out of Vault Explorer before closing it?

No. LogOUT behaves exactly as supposed (license is released).

That would indicate to me that Vault Explorer is not doing a Signout when you close it - which would definitely be a defect. I assume by "close" that you are clicking the "X" in the window decoration?

I can log a defect, but for it to be considered for a hotfix, you will need to open a case with product support.

Not only "x" button is issued. "Close" command in "File" menu has same issue.

"Log out" simetimes helps  sometimes no.
