Check Out Error

Vault Professional 2011 returns 'Check Out Error' when trying to check out an idw of an assembly, stating:

 'the file is already checked out'.

The 'checked out by' & ' checked out machine' properties are blank.

Signed in as administrator & File Control -' remove reservation' returns :

 ' Reservation cannot be removed the file is not checked out'

There are no files queued in the job server.

All the parts referenced by the idw arw checked in.

This is only effecting one drawing.

How can I clear the vault setting?

Hi,

What is the File status of that file in Vault Explorer? Also by any chance do you have the same file in another location? You can do a search in the entire Vault by the name.
