Chasing the ASP pre-check error...

i too need help resolving the ASP pre-check error... [ see attachment ]

i've clicked it's embedded link to set the IIS manager settings...

i've configured IIS per the advance configuration guide for vault server 2013...

i've made suggested settings for the application pool...

still no joy...

i noticed i have two IIS managers in my administration tools... [ see attachment ]

is this normal...

as for the background i'm working with...

i'm installing on a windows 7 OS for testing...

it was installed and working well...

i wanted to test uninstalling / re-installing...

so i did an uninstall of vault per the wiki-help uninstall autodesk vault guide...

the re-install is not going so well...

any help / suggestions is greatly appreciated
