Cannot see data standard template files

We have created a templates folder and inserted a couple of template files in this folder.

However, when activating the new standard file function we cannot see these templates.

There is text: "Add template folders and files first"?

Thanks in advance

Paul

Please ensure that the Vault folder path for the templates match with the folder paths mentioned in the XAML file. They should match in order to use the templates.

Hi Senthil

I haven't modified the XAML files path. Isnt the default location meant to be a Templates folder under the root location?

I added a folder in vault directly under the root directory called: Templates.

I'm not sure on why it is not seeing these template files.

I tried editing the XAML file in Visual Studio and am receiving errors.

Hi Paul,

You can refer the following link on how the Template folders should be created.

http://help.autodesk.com/view/VAULT/2015/ENU/?guid=GUID-E00DEDB5-1A3D-435A-8FCC-36BA447CFEB8

For AutoCAD the path should be like this

 $\Templates\AutoCAD</TemplatePath>

Please try this and let me know if this doesn't help.
