We're using the bundled version of Vault. For whatever reason, many of our drawings display a blank page on the preview tab and the message, "Unable to view the file seleted. Click the 'Open' button to view with an external viewer." The open button does the job, but what is the 'Update..." button for? Clicking it very frequently results in the following:

Were you able to complete the TrueView 2012 install?
You indicated the vault client is 2011 - can you try installing TrueView 2011?
I was never able to get TrueView 2012 to reinstall. The media would no allow it. After several attempts, I was able to finally get 2011 reinstalled and it has corrected my problems.
