Can't apply Vault Hotfix (DM1904910)

I am trying to install the Vault Hotfix DM1904910.  I have already install this on the server and now trying to install it on the client machine.  When I run the .msp file, the setup hangs here (see below).  I started this yesterday afternoon.  When I came in this morning, it is still on this same screen.

I restarted the machine and tried it again, but it is still hanging at this same point.

Any ideas on what to do to get this to install.

Kirk,

Can you please try this and see if this helps?

> Copy the Hotfix to the machine

> Disconnect the machine from Network

> Try the install and see if that works.

Is it necessary to install DM1904920 is a cummulative update, I tried to install it rather than doing the DM1904910 first.  It also stalled as described in my original post.

I tried it again, but this time, I disabled my network connection.... that worked and the hotfix installed.
