We are running Vault Professional 2013 and are running into some trouble with the item master. We have an assembly (attached) that was created using copy design. In inventor, both files show up on the BOM. (See "InventorBOM.png")
When assigning an item in the Vault, one of the files is recognized, but not seen as a child of the assembly (see CreateItem.png)
And the resulting BOM in the item master doesn't include that file (see ItemMasterBOM.png)
I've attached the files. If anyone can figure out what's going on, it would be really helpful.
